FAQ

Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the USA. We're also able to ship to USA protectorates serviced by USPS. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? We ship every week using USPS Priority on Mondays and Tuesdays to try and avoid weekend shipping delays. Most orders are delivered in 1-3 business days after USPS has possession. We do not ship on federal holidays due to USPS closures. 

Plant sizes and shipping potted/unpotted:

  • XXS size: This size is for plants under 1 inch wide. These plants are shipped in a small 1 oz container with sphagnum moss and perlite. Plants are shipped in these containers mainly for protective purposes, and it is recommended that plants are carefully repotted after a few weeks of acclimating to your conditions.
  • XS size: This size is for plants 1 to 2 inches wide. These plants are shipped in a small 2 oz container with sphagnum moss and perlite. Plants are shipped in these containers mainly for protective purposes, and it is recommended that plants are carefully repotted after a few weeks of acclimating to your conditions.
  • Small size: This size is for plants 2 to 3 inches wide. These plants are shipped unpotted. 
  • Medium size: This size is for plants 3 to 5 inches wide. These plants are shipped unpotted. 
  • Large size: This size is for plants 6 to 9 inches wide. These plants are shipped unpotted.
  • XL size: This size is for plants 9+ inches wide. These plants are shipped unpotted.

What are your growing conditions? All of our plants have been growing indoors in intermediate conditions with temperatures ranging between 65 and 85 Fahrenheit. Our XXS and XS plants are grown in 85%+ humidity. Our Small, Medium, Large, and XL plants are grown in 75%+ humidity. Our plants can be acclimated to lower humidity levels but this should be done over the course of a months.

What is your loyalty program? You receive 5% back in points on orders. If someone uses your referral code ($20 minimum purchase), you get $10. Like our Instagram for 100 points. 100 points = $1. Referral rewards are exempt from discount combinations and cannot be stacked. 

What is your return/refund policy? We have a live arrival guarantee only. Please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues. We do not accept returns; all sales are final. For more information you can read our full Refund Policy.

How do auctions work? Bidding is done in increments of $5. Auctions have a soft close with popcorn bidding (bidding extends by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last 1 minute). After winning an auction, you will be able to add the item to your cart and then checkout. Feel free to add other items to your cart as well. Auction winnings should be paid for within 10 days of winning (please reach out HERE if you need more time). 

Why are the roots of my Nepenthes black? This is normal; unlike most plants, Nepenthes have black roots. 

Which parents are female and male in our photos and names? The female parent is always shown first in photos and with naming.
